Attorneys Stephen Mooney and Corain McGinn are the partners who run the Massachusetts law firm of Mooney McGinn LLP. Both Mr. Mooney and Mr. McGinn have substantial legal experience, as well as advanced tax degrees from Boston University and significant prior business executive experience.
Mr. McGinn is the founding member of the firm. Mr. McGinn holds three law degrees -- a Bachelors of Laws (LLB, Joint Honors), a Juris Doctorate (JD), and a Masters of Law in Taxation. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University. He is a member of both the Massachusetts and New York state bars, and is a co-chair at the Boston Bar Association.
Mr. Mooney is a legal author, a citizen of both Ireland and the United States, and a member of both the Massachusetts and New York state bars.
